WARRANTY FOR THE SKAALA PRODUCTS <\/span><\/h2>\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n
\n\t\t\t

The warranty period begins when the product is delivered to the customer. If the product is replaced by a new part the warranty contains:<\/p>\n

A. delivery of the new part in a product purchase
\nB. delivery and installation of the new part in an installation agreement<\/p>\n

10-YEAR WARRANTY<\/strong>
\nSkaala grants a 10-year warranty for functionality of the products. The warranty is valid only if products have been installed and maintained according to the instructions and have not been damaged by water or the sun *

5-YEAR WARRANTY<\/strong>
\nAll insulating glass units in Skaala products come with a 5-year seal warranty.
\nNote! The warranty does not cover breakage due to thermal shock.<\/strong> The use of dark blinds or other dark shading devices in close proximity to the insulating glass units increases the risk of thermal shock caused by a significant rise in temperature. 2-YEAR WARRANTY<\/strong>
\nSkaala grants a 2-year warranty for the construction of the windows and doors and their installation carried out by Skaala.. The warranty applies to the constructions of the doors and windows, the materials and additional equipment listed in the order confirmation. If the installation is not done by Skaala IFN Oy, the installation warranty is granted by the company responsible for the installation.<\/p>\n
The warranty is valid only if the products have been installed and maintained according to the instructions and have not been damaged by water or the sun. Any modifications made to the construction of the products without Skaala\u2019s approval in writing are forbidden and make the warranty invalid.<\/p>\n

\nThe full wording of our warranty conditions, the exact preconditions for the application of the warranty, and what you should do in the event of a claim, can all be found in the Skaala’s Owners Manual. You will receive this booklet when your Skaala products are delivered.<\/p>\n

*The warranty only applies if the products have been installed and maintained in accordance with the specified instructions and have not been damaged by water or sun. The effect of water\u00a0 means that the building does not have a proper foundation, or roofing outside to prevent rainwater from spilling onto the surface of the door, or inside (e.g. in bathrooms) it is not prevented that the door is exposed to higher humidity than normal. With regard to the effect of the sun, the warranty is not valid if the maintenance of the door has not been carried out in accordance with Skaala’s instructions.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
